Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Project Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while also supporting communication and scheduling needs. No previous construction experience is required. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain experience in office administration, database management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems

  • Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness

  • Communicate effectively with vendors, homeowners, and team members to ensure smooth workflow

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

  • No prior construction knowledge required; training will be provided

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, homeowners, and team members

  • Positive and upbeat attitude, with excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable adapting to changes in priorities or processes in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Drive

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
